Day 30 had a lovely meal and time at friends with immediate 0.7kg repercussions.
I'm not concerned I know that the occasional day off is needed.

It's T minus 18 to my formal 1/2 marathon in Tavistock and I will be out trying to get myself fit for climbing those hills again today.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 28.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
