Day 29 yesterday involved lots of pancakes
Breakfast - American pancakes bacon and maple syrup
Lunch - American pancakes and maple syrup
Dinner - Savoury pancakes chicken onion in white sauce filling - Followed by Pancakes sugar and lemon.

As mentioned my Aorta screening yesterday went very well. The lady said no follow ups will be needed ever on this given the excellent condition it was in. My 8.5km run was also a great success because my pace on this really hilly route was 25 seconds per Km quicker than I have managed before. I plan to use this route almost exclusively fo the next two weeks as the gradient is similar to the 1/2 marathon I am competing in later this month.

Today is I will be running it a little slower to ensure proper recovery - Later we are going to a friends for a meal.
