Aim is to have a good week, by playing squash x2 walking x2 or 1 long walk, eating sensibly (max of 1 take away/meal out) and no alcohol.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Round 1 of squash completed, been sensible with food so far just got to avoid caving in for those goodies later.
