Not sure how I lost a pounds since yesterday. likely water weight.
62.7 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

my goal is only 10 pounds, it wouldn't be a lot of change. Just to stay in a healthier side.
