Different scales? Different time of day? Winter clothes? Did the doc change your meds? Drink lots of water and get back to your usual routine… pretend you are still at the hotel ..

Hi Marg 😊I am not very well lately lots of water retention swollen ankles fingers & feeling off out of sorts maybe because am not relaxed always feels like am walking on broken glass life filled with uncertainty …. Try Try new scales not enough protein no exercise …. But will bounce back love u ladies ♥️♥️♥️ Thank u for asking xxx

I hope so Jamie complete total discipline going by the book am really trying I think my body is out of tune & needs it’s rhythm back …..& know what needs to be done slowly but surly thank you Jamie your support keeps me going ..,. My chestnut am ok out of sorts feeling a bit off due to health related issues & mental challenges walking on broken glass most of the time isn’t easy but hopefully not long to go & I shall start a new chapter of my life it’s seems to be connected weight gain & emotional well being …. Today woke up much better the one thing u can do for me is this Chestnut take care of chestnut & stay in FS your support is vital xx
