I went from my lowest weight on this app ever to this AGAIN. I gained almost 10 kg!

I don't really have an excuse, it just keeps happening. I've lost and regained weight hundreds of times and I don't know how to make the loss permanent.

I've tried every diet known to man, counting calories, exercising, etc. It's been a battle for me since I was 12 years old and I'm 41 now.

It's a negative outlook to have, but I feel like I should give up and just accept that I'll always be morbidly obese. 😐
125.9 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 64.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Diets don’t work as they are temporary. You need to make a overall lifestyle chnage and stick to it. Calculate how many cals you should be consuming for your height age and weight and stick to it, yes the weight loss will be slower but you will loose it and keep it off. Get plenty of water and eat whole foods and limit processed foods. Good luck.
