Yesterday was a lift day. We had a date-night dinner and shared fajitas. I ate "Poorly" at 129% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 200 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // Sleep Goal exceeded
69.1 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
