Yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday. My team lost but we had a good time with my Granddude and his parents. I had a hearty breakfast and then we snacked while we watched television. I ate "Well" at 110% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 344 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% // missed Sleep Goal // Lift Day!!!
