Adpully's Journal, 10 Feb 22

Day 9 - I didn't do great on the diet ate lots of biscuits and cheese and ended with a quite small deficit. Inexplicably again I lost weight on the scales.

My run yesterday was an all out effort and the first non heart rate training run over this distance for over five months. I was delighted with a 10k time of 57m 49s my best yet.

Today I have no plans just to pootle about. I might run later.
The gardening went well yesterday - I have one large tree branch to cut off to totally finish off this patch but I'm waiting for some rope to arrive so I can prevent it from dropping dangerously.
