Day 3 I treated myself to a single slice of shortcake yesterday and still managed a hefty 830 calorie deficit. A little expected weight bounce back occurred. I have been feeling quite hungry in the evenings so have been taking myself to bed at 9PM for two hours of Netflix so as to be further from the larder.
I hope to complete a run later today to check my energy levels, also set up some early onion lettuce and broad beans in the greenhouse. Then have a little tidy up around the garden getting rid of a few brambles that are more accessible this month.
