Felt really unwell today after pushing my self yesterday. I'm trying to lose weight while having nerve pain, and constance mirgrains. I didn't feel well enough to have something decent today so I snacked. 😭 I read this today, Success is not perfection but progress and progress is a small step I the right direction.
101.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
