Yesterday was a rest day. I watched the playoffs and chilled most of the day. I ate well under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 470 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% and is back in range // Sleep Goal met
69.3 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
