I decided to split my gym visits into upper and leg days. This actually means I can go a bit more often rather than wait for recovery. It seems to be working well, and I now do a larger range of exercises.
115.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
