Good afternoon my FS Family from Istanbul 😊 well Today the scales went up & I feel 🤢 can’t seem to handle too much carbs I like a balance moderate none for dinner had half a steak sandwich less than half salad for dinner woke up zero energy brain fog & headache I’ve kicked the carb addiction … am much happier none at the evening just realised I love the morning hate the evenings unless am with the right company of people and going a bit wild …. 😂 I like to sleep well the realisation that even my life style wasn’t the way I wanted it to be … it’s my nature to plan even my meals & snacks have to have structure & different options that goes for everything in life hate feeling stuck too so working my way through liberation & destroying the chains … as my Hero unseen Hero holds my hand …. Offering support love kindness & unconditional acceptance and friendship

Nadia - That brain fog, zero energy and headache is a lack of carbs, it’s your choice to kick carbs if you choose too! But just try switching to complex ones that are much better for your body.

Hi Jamie ….,absolutely correct I meant complex carbs …. I had white rice potatoes and white bread all in larger quantities than what I gotten used too & not enough deep sleep late dinner doesn’t agree with me much rather have main meal at 4 then light supper by 7-8 I meant carbs refined sugar flour and white rice 😊 if affects my mood & energy thank you for your support & advice xx
