Yep with you all on this one, since getting this app it has definitely highlighted how much of my calorie intake comes from snacks. It's ridiculous lol 😂😩. I've tried to stop going to the biscuit barrol but it's difficult when temptation is all over the place. Problem is it won't go away any time soon, especially with a 10 year old about lol 🙄🤣. We've got to try and resist and keep motivated. Have a cuppa, a chewing gum or a piece of fruit, if you vape, do that instead, anything other than snacking on fatty rubbish, good luck, we can do this! 💪🏻👍🏻

Heather if it means anything your not on your own, I keep picking between meals or the odd bag of sweets. It's dam hard. But it can also be done, we can all together support eachother giving that necessary motivation needed.

We're all in the same boat that's y we're here! mines not picking in between definitely bad choices and portion control. problem is I have a bean pole of another half! spent years trying to build him up 😂

Thanks everyone, I no if it was easy we wouldn't need this app, but I'm so glad we have each other, my husband n kids all eat what they want never put on its frustrating sometimes, thing is I love my food so as mentioned by Addison, its portion control and will power from picking, it took me 10yrs to stop smoking n iv been stopped 10yrs now been trying to lose weight for 5 😂🤣🤣🤣

Well done to quit smoking is one of the hardest habits to kick all my family members smoke I don’t none of them were ever able to give it up so big pat on the back ur doing wonders to improve your health it’s not all about weight loss Heather although we all strive to better ourselves be kind to yourself lovely supportive Heather ♥️♥️😊
