Hi Anne it's a high cal breakfast around 450 cal oats yoghurt honey nuts and cheese small bread roll Lunch protein Salad carbs no more that 50g Dinner drinking yoghurt

Suma it's eating more for breakfast honey Oates yoghurt cheese and bread fit for a king Lunch carbs 50-100 & 150g of protein salad Snacks fruit Dinner cottage cheese but I have yoghurt drinking yoghurt Ayran 😊 am trying to find myself no longer invisible.😊
