Good morning everyone. Today after exactly 4 months of dieting I have achieved my goal. I have learned a lot about how to eat and stay healthy. I have lost my 10 kg in a very nice way. A high protein diet 1300kcal a day losing slowly and some day 1100kcal a day to lose very fast like this past few days with 20%fat 30%carbs and 50%protein including 1h to 90 minutes of moderate weight lifting 5times a week burning around 500 to 600kcal per session. Now all I need is to keep it at 55kg so I’m going to figure out how many kcal I need a day on working out days and non working out days to keep my weight without losing or gaining weight. Keep you posted!!! You can find on Google your perfect calories intake calculation depending on your Sex age and height and exercice from there you ll know how many calories max you have to eat not to gain and lose weight slowly or rapidly. Good luck guys. I feel great!!!!
