I'm running a lot more now and focusing more on my fitness but still sticking to around 1300kCal/d. I have around 4kg to go.

I made a Burns Supper this evening - a week early but I couldn't wait. I had second helpings but ran 9 miles in the afternoon so I think I made space for that in my diet.
71.3 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
