Since New Year I've returned to a more regimented calorie-counting diet again, and typically when I hopped on the scales earlier this morning I'm a little heavier compared to last Sunday!

Always disappointing when that happens. But I've been through similar paradoxical dramas before: just because you're reducing your calorie intact doesn't always mean you're going to lose weight straight away - the human body likes surprises!

But we'll get there, eventually :)
75.7 kg Lost so far: 35.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
