weight just isn't budging..... every time I cut calories I end up stupidly hungry. I really don't feel like I'm eating loads. I'm counting every calorie. Whats going wrong??
60 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What are you eating? Protein really helps to fill you up so in calorie deficit definitely try for plenty of protein. Bulk out meals with lots of greens to feel fuller too and remember to drink lots of water.

Don’t know if you like green tea but you can drink lots of that with no calories and it helps you feel full 🤞
