Thank you NM. That was really helpful! By checking a number of other sites and some weird math on my own, I came up with my own numbers. I was pleased to see that I'm not that far away from the numbers given by IIFYM. I'm not hitting the numbers every day - but seem to be reasonably close on a weekly or monthly average. I'll be using your hints and the IIFYM calculator to recalc every 10 lbs or so. Thanks again!
