Yesterday was disappointing. It was my regular gym day. I dug the car out of the snow, drove to the gym only to learn that it was closed because of inclement weather. Bummer... I returned home and did some snow-related chores. Late evening I discovered I was closer to my activity goals than I had thought earlier and tried to make up the difference...

Yesterday I ate barely under my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and met all activity goals. 673 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // missed Sleep Goal
68.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
