Happy New Year!!!
Yesterday was New New Years' eve. I got in a decent resistance workout at the gym. I didn't do much cardio due to time constraints. We stayed up late enjoying the holiday celebrations on television and champagne. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal but did not meet some activity goals. 598 kcal deficit // BF unchanged // Sleep Goal exceeded
68.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
