We had a blessed Christmas. I pray that everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 132% of my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and missed some activity goals. 288 kcal deficit // BF↓0.2% // Sleep Goal met
