A little gain following a most amazing birthday weekend 🥳👍
Looking at last years data, I’m 12lbs lighter than this time last year so it’s all good 😊 x
65.9 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
