Change in the lifting routine. I think I'm dealing with DOMS swelling.
80.1 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Drink lots of water and try taking slightly longer rests between workouts if you can.
