I hadn't been taking much notice in the last few weeks but I've just noticed
that even my 33" trousers are now getting loose - I'm guessing that my running is slowly reducing my belly fat.
When I was on maintenance I didn't really believe that I would loose any more fat, but that's exactly what is happening here. Just checked my waist is down 1/2" my body fat is 23.2% down from 24.2%.

Today we are driving to Port Issac for a meal with friends.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 31.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

i hear you... am the same. i started over 13 stone with body fat of over 35% your typical Italian.. now 12 weeks on am 11,7 with 21.7 body fat.. i dont run yet i fast walk 45min 6 times a week and weight train twice a day only one body part each timefor 3 day then repeat again.. monday chest triceps tuesday back biceps Wednesday shoulders legs thursday monday workouts friday tuesday workout Saturday Wednesday workout sunday restday. am trying to get to 12%.. i should be there by January
