Goal weight achieved. Well into the green section of healthy weights for a man of my age and height.

1500 calories a day and a fair bit of running 🏃‍♂️ got me here. I can run 8k now and do 10 push ups, both things I've literally never been able to do in my 38 years.

I tried a few different things: other home exercise regimes, actually going to the gym, alternative day fasting etc. with varying degrees of success.

I think the key is to find something that works for you and don't be put off by the blips. My weight goes up as well as down and there is always room for a filthy takeaway and a bottle of wine every now and then. It's the pattern that counts, not today's number.

26.6kg, +58lb, +4 stone gone over a period of 2 years.

Question is, what now?
76.9 kg Lost so far: 26.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
