What a week 🙈 been struggling without my protein powder — ordered it 9 days ago and still waiting 🥴 been quite constipated without it 🤔 and struggling to limit snacking after dinner.

Snack on fruit. Fills you up and is low calorie.

@She-Ri-Ta can you explain to me what the benefits of using protein powder are? I see a lot of members on here use it, but just not entirely sure when it is or isn't necessary

Thanks @WombRaidR, I’ll actually give that a shot since I bought a lifetime’s supply of fruit at food lovers the other day 😂

@NH2119 I mainly use protein powder as a daily supplement since I’m pescatarian most of the time. I use an organic vegan protein powder and each serving contains 118 calories, 29,3g protein and no sugar or sweeteners. I usually make a smoothie out of it and have it as a meal after my workouts so it also helps with muscle recovery ☺️
