Oh maaaan! Definitely fighting off an upswing. October and November were difficult months, December should be a bit easier and I’m going to try and get out walking every day to see if that helps swing things back down (obviously also track cals and macros).
77.3 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I wish I knew how some people seem to just go down but hardly ever go up in weight. I'm not holding out hope for a loss this week either as weight seems determined to crawl up🙄

I’ve always bounced right back up but not this time. I’m absolutely determined to find a way to get these extras off again and then maintain. Good luck to you! X
