Yesterday was partially a rough day due to toxic family dynamics. Enjoyed the rest of the day with my partner and pets though, and had a nice convo with my (non-toxic) brother. I did not eat too much but I had three beers and that’s not great for weight loss. Excited about my staycation allowing for more exercise and adventure though!
