Yesterday I ate at 100% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 115 kcal surplus//BF↓0.1% and is still out of range//Sleep Goal met//Lift Day!!!
70.9 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
