Yesterday was a rest day and so will today. I am surprised by today's weight and body fat gain but I have been surprised before so it's not a big deal. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal and, did not meet all activity goals. 185 kcal deficit//BF↑0.3% and is out of range//Sleep Goal met
70.9 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hi Erq1, no he didn't suggest that I gain some weight. My body fat is a little lower than he suggests. He said that the data is showing that a body fat percentage for a person my age should be in the low twenties. Mine is usually slightly below 20 percent. Today it is 20.2% but I don't think that will hold all week. He doesn't know my BF percentage. He was responding to my questions...
