No weigh in today, this is from yesterday. Im trying to figure out a balance of keeping track of my weight and food. Ive been trying to log, but I havent been super on top of it. On the flip side though, I feel like I have been more mindful. So, Im trying to figure out what works best for me, without making myself anxious about the process.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The process of keeping track of the food you eat becomes a habit. I do it to just stay on track and to ensure that the foods I choose to eat provide my body with the nutrition it needs and to help keep me aware of the type and amount of food choices that are great to eat once in a while (Halloween candy) but are not the best choices on a regular basis. I’m not fanatical about it. If I make meals that are a combo of leftover type things, I don’t bother. Too complicated. After 30 some years of doing this I know when I look at something whether porking down on something is a good idea or not. I also do not drink my calories and I have never been a fast food or restaurant person.
