I don't do exercises or workouts, just convincing myself to only eat what I need, instead of letting the Macdonalds or Dominos pizza adverts put thoughts into my head. Managing to stay below 1800 calories daily seems to be working slowly.
116.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Diet is the best way to lose weight...........the exercise will come later when you start feeling lighter and more motivated..............

Thanks people, yes I am already noticing that I can manage the 3 flights of stairs in my sons house more easily!

There you go! Going up and down the stairs is great exercise.
