So I tried not running yesterday for reasons described in a previous post. One day is not a good sample size, but so far I determined that I’m just as tired without running, so it’s not necessarily worsening my adrenal fatigue. I will probably keep it up but keep looking into it on an intellectual and intuitive basis. There is not a lot of research on the matter so I mostly just have to figure out what works for me I guess.
59.8 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cindy have you considered roller blades ? You would still have the experience of breathing outside air and the speed of movement. It is a great workout and may be an option over running. Stay well..

I don’t know if I’m coordinated enough for that haha. But good idea crazycatchick- maybe. I do also have a bicycle I love and don’t use enough
