Well, it was a very interesting weekend. Ate carbs in the mornings. :( Not working for me. Also ate poorly nutritionally and a lot of white flour products. Can you say bloat? I did stay almost right on my calories. Tuesday and Wednesday should see a return to more logical weights.

It was a very interesting weekend. I'll be going forward with the training. I'll be going back for more the beginning of May into a gorgeous area called the Nass Valley. I'll take photos. It should be an amazing couple of days. The sun should be up until 10 PM or a little later by then. Lots of opportunity for photos.

I took a few over this weekend as well. I'll begin cycling them through my Avatar.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You will receive no pity from me because you got to eat McDonalds and have some pizza. ha-ha!! I am a *little* jealous but I also know how that food makes me feel. I can relate to the boat comment. I just see it as you had a weekend of "dirty bulking". You’re still on track which is admirable.

Ehh, it's just massive amounts of sodium and white flour garbage. It would surprise me if it took until Wednesday to see any action in the prune department, either, since that stuff seems to slow down your entire system,. but I didn't get a chance to scrutinize and see whether you worked in any fiber or salads, so that remains to be seen. McD's? Really, NM? Were you stranded in a bus terminal? LOL. Seriously, though, it'll go away, and returning to your workouts will certainly help. Now you know for whenyou return there in two weeks. Note to self: Pack some protein powder for the road!

Thanks for the 'understanding', Brent. I know I didn't overeat on the weekend by 15,000 calories so it's just water and adjustment. @MM. I was force fed by a band of wandering Inuit trappers. Nothing I could do. @Bella. Johnny Horton fan? That's amazing stuff. I have yet to make it to Dawson City. I love that history.
