I was actually a higher weight in the last couple of days, over 92. My weight varies a lot day to day. I have been drinking too much, which affects what I eat and my digestion. Yesterday was the first day I stuck to a reasonable calorie count and no alcohol and it was actually fine, I was not hungry
90.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Me too! My calorie intake would be great every day if I could knock the bottle of red wine 🍷 on the head 😡

Unfortunately ladies there has been a lot of stress in my life in the last six months and I took the wrong route
