Maintaining today. Didn’t make it to the gym yesterday. I was super busy. I did run though. I’m trying to work out a plan and schedule to incentivize myself to get back into strength training, which I have put off for a couple weeks.
60.2 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Is seems so much easier to get a cardio walk/run in. I have been planning on adding strength training for my upper body for, oh, about 3 months now... TODAY is the day! Have a good one Cindylynnwho!

Brenda I started with gym then added running and the running took over eventually. I don’t want to lose my muscle tone though. We will get there!!

Morning, I also prefer cardio. I did a strength class last week. Somewhat sore. Today is the day to repeat. Enjoy today.

Thanks @meonadiet have a great day and strength class. I don’t hate strength training but am bored with my routine and going to the gym suddenly seems like an ordeal. Thinking about getting some good music to listen to and maybe read a little on the Exercycle while I’m there.
