Gary, you’ve just had a hip op mate! And now you’re back at the gym, so after being inactive for weeks, you would of lost muscle mass, so being back at the gym, the first thing that is gonna happen is getting that muscle mass back, Eat well (like you’re doing) keep doing those workouts, and up it only when you can (don’t over do it now or you’ll be back to square one) and good thing will happen for you, don’t overthink it now, your doing exactly the right things , Good luck Gary 🤞🏻👍🏻👏🏻💪🏻
