Forgot to weigh in yesterday but not bad. Going in the right direction again, just 6 weeks to go until my first target date and another nearly 9lbs to lose
67.5 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
