I have been listening to my body more, letting myself feel hunger pangs before eating, but being mindful of portion sizes when preparing a meal when hungry. Sometimes I only eat one meal a day, as I have a very sedentary life at the moment, caring for my mother means a lot of sitting around and not being able to get out and about much. I do walk when I can, but have to wait for nap time, so I can be sure she does not fall. But the little lad in the photo keeps me amused for sure!
