Hmmm... I had a big breakfast yesterday and a couple of cookies. I stayed under my cal range so Im assuming this is sodium? Extra water today I guess!
119.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 37.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
