Down to 16 stone 12.6 lbs now which I am surprised at considering my exercise has been cut short due to my injury. I've only managed 2 sessions of jujitsu and no squash and haven't been able to cycle or do weights. So this drop has been just all based of eating and drinking.

Moving forward my knee is still feeling twingy maybe a couple of slow walks over the next couple days but certainly feels better than Wednesday. Will plan to do some arms, chest and shoulders as I feel the definition I've been working on has slipped and once my knee is better return back to the mats to go to valhalla once more.
