I technically lost 0.02lbs this week I went from 17 stone 5.8 to 17 stone 5.6 but as that registers as 0.00907kg I just left it the same.

Happy weekend all
110.4 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
