Down to 17 stone 4.2lbs now but can't tell how much of that is because of the extra two days for not weighing on Sunday as I normally would 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
109.9 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
