Well so just about 5 weeks post op .. decided last week needed to get back into gym ( even just to do arms. ) I’m hoping to ease back into cardio as putting weight on is really Messing with my head .. finding everyday life at the mo really tuff .. but as so many of us .. we keep smiling on the outside even tho down on the inside .. have a good weekend everyone and to a new week on Monday with Positive vides ..🤔👍xx
96 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep your chin up Gary I know how you feel guilt playing it’s part because your not going to the gym especially when it’s part of everyday routine just don’t jump in you need to heel first take your time and get well the weight will come off remember little steps. Get well soon pal 👍

Gary...I struggle daily with my mental health and my physical health, I swear by Insight Timer app free from Google Play, I recommend it to everyone and I use it every single morning and sometimes at night. It has meditation, self hypnosis, neuroscience, relaxing music, sleep sounds, confidence &focus affirmations....all sorts! I use it to get my head in the right space to face the rest of the day, give it a try, nothing to lose right?! And well done for your honest post, that takes courage& strength...I'm sure youl start getting back to feeling yourself in no time but for now here's a great big hug and some positive vibes being sent ur way 🤗🤗🙏
