Yesterday I ate way under goal, trying to bring my body fat down. I met my protein goal and met all activity goals. 1236 kcal deficit // BF↓0.3% and is back in range // missed Sleep Goal

@Ajf333, I like the micros of the foods you eat. High protein and moderate carbs and fats is my preferred way of eating too. 1200 calories is not a lot and I assume that most people would find it a challenge to maintain that. I'm glad your house chore activity is working out well for you. Hang in there and have a blessed day!!!
