I'm going to quit posting the daily averages for weight. It was good to have to post it here and frankly, without having kept the averages, I would never have come to the conclusions I did yesterday about my food intake. For anyone who knows how to use a spreadsheet and gets frustrated at the daily rise and fall in weight, I'd really suggest you track on a spreadsheet and do an average. It lets you see how insignificant the large fluctuations are.

My son and his girl of 5 years are back for a week. Having a lot of fun visiting. They're a great pair. We couldn't be happier with his choice. It's so great to have an interloper in your family who you absolutely love and get along with completely. She just settles in completely when she comes. No reservations, no 'can I', she just knows she's part of the family. Dang kid should buy her a ring. Yeah, I'm old fashioned.

Great point about the daily fluctuations! Sometimes we get so caught up in the insignificant stuff. Enjoy your company. BTW - Nothing wrong with being old fashioned.
