Today has started well. It's different than yesterday but I'm just as grateful.
Yesterday was an overdone rest day. We slept in late and spent 11 hours in bed. I ate way under my calorie goal, missed my protein goal, and of course, I missed some activity goals. 662 kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% and is back out of range // Sleep Goal met today
69.5 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
